In our society today, people eat an average of 220 pounds of meat per year, but less than 1%. have had the experience to identify, harvest, and sustainably source their own meat.

Born from the rugged wilderness of Alaska, Untamed was founded by Hunter, a seasoned guide with over 15 years of professional experience. Hunter’s journey began in the heart of Alaska's untamed nature, where he faced the raw challenges and profound beauty of the wilderness. Over the years, he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the land, wildlife, and the ancient practices of survival.
Recognizing a growing disconnect between modern life and nature, Hunter envisioned a way to bridge this gap. He saw the need to teach men how to not only survive but thrive in the wild, fostering a deeper connection to the natural world. Partnering with several other founders from the outdoor industry, Hunter brought this vision to life, combining their collective expertise to create Untamed.
